Families of a loved one are always very overwhelmed when a loved one passed away and not always sure what should be done next. In the event that a loved one passes away; the following procedure should be followed:

- Should your loved one be buried on cremated
- Hymns to be sung at the memorial
- Name of pallbearers if any
- Person who will deliver the eulogy and acknowledgements
- Would you like to view the deceased
- Type of flower arrangements
- Type of coffin/casket/dome if not cremated (standard cremation coffin is required when cremation is chosen)
- Refreshments after the service
- Programs and Photos
- Clothes the deceased should be buried / cremated in
- Identity document of deceased
- Identity document of next of kin
- Death Certificate of Deceased
- Medical Certificate of deceased
- Covid Results if Covid Related death
- Burial / Removal Order
